Deleting Your BamBite Account

Last updated: 26 July 2026

You can delete your BamBite account whenever you want. This page explains how to do it, exactly what disappears, and the few things Thai law requires us to keep. It applies to both the BamBite mobile app and the website at bambite.co — they are the same account.

How to delete your account

In the app or on the website, if you can still sign in:

  1. Sign in to your BamBite account.
  2. Open your profile, from the account menu in the top navigation or the profile tab in the app.
  3. Scroll to Delete my account at the bottom of the page.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then choose Permanently delete.

You are signed out immediately and the account stops working straight away.

By email, if you cannot sign in — because you have lost the password, the phone number, or access to the email address — write to BamBite@Totals-Inc.com from any address, with the subject Delete my account. Tell us the email address or phone number the account uses. We will ask you a couple of questions to confirm the account is yours before we delete it, because otherwise anyone could close anyone else’s account. We aim to complete it within seven days and always within thirty.

What is deleted

The following are erased from your account record and cannot be recovered:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your profile photo.
  • Your saved preferences, including any dietary restrictions and allergy notes.
  • Your member ID, member QR code and digital member card. Any copy you saved to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet stops being valid.
  • Your linked LINE identity, if you signed in with LINE.
  • All active sessions and sign-in tokens, on every device.

Spend your points and any BamBite Wallet credit first. Deleting the account closes your access to both. Loyalty points have no cash value and are not refunded. Wallet credit you topped up at the counter is real money, and once the account is closed we can no longer identify it as yours — so if you have a balance, use it or ask us for a refund before you delete.

Your email address, phone number and member ID are released at the same time, so you can sign up again later with the same details if you change your mind. A new account starts empty — it is not the old one brought back.

What we keep, and why

We want to be straight with you about this rather than say “everything is erased” and quietly keep things.

  • Your past orders. Each completed order stays in our books as a sales record, and it keeps the contact email, phone number and delivery or billing address that were given with that order. Thai revenue law requires us to keep accounting records, generally for five years, and we cannot delete them on request. They are no longer connected to a profile you can log into.
  • Payment records. Amounts, dates and the payment reference are kept with the order for the same accounting reason. We never hold your card number — payments are processed by our payment provider and card details never reach our servers.
  • Anything already written to a public blockchain. If you used the loyalty wallet feature, the transaction records on that public ledger are permanent. Nobody can delete or change them, including us. They contain a wallet address and amounts, not your name.
  • Records of a dispute, refund or legal claim where we need them to establish or defend that claim, for as long as it is live.

Get a copy first

If you want your order history or account details before they go, ask us at BamBite@Totals-Inc.com and we will send you a copy. Do this before you delete — afterwards we can no longer connect the records to you.

Deleting the app is not the same thing

Removing the BamBite app from your phone stops the app and its notifications, but it does not delete your account — the account lives on our servers, not on the phone. Use one of the two routes above to actually close it.

Just want fewer messages?

You do not have to delete your account to stop hearing from us. Turn off notifications for BamBite in your phone settings, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email us and we will take you off the list. Your points and member card stay where they are.
