Common questions
How much does it cost?+
Three tiers: ฿500 for ฿500 credit, ฿1,000 for ฿1,050 (+5% bonus), or ฿2,000 for ฿2,200 (+10% bonus). The bigger the top-up, the bigger the bonus.
Where can I use it?+
At either of our outlets — Pathumwan or Udomsuk. The balance is shared between both.
What can I spend it on?+
Food, soft drinks, and coffee — at face value. Alcohol isn't covered unless we've said so for a particular item or promotion, so ask at the counter first. The credit also can't be combined with Ladies' Night, Trivia Night, or Happy Hour pricing. At checkout, you pick whichever deal is better for you.
Does my balance expire?+
Your principal never expires, whichever tier you top up. Any bonus expires 6 months after the day you top up — your Wallet shows the exact date.
How do I check my balance?+
Message us on LINE — reply with the word "balance" and our team responds within an hour during open hours (8:00 AM – Midnight, every day). Or ask any staff member at the counter.
Can I get a refund?+
Wallet credit is store credit — non-refundable and non-transferable. If something's gone wrong, talk to the owner directly and we'll work it out.
Can I top up a different amount?+
The three tiers above are what we offer online. You can top up as often as you like, and top-ups stack — nothing resets when you add more. Need a larger amount? Ask at the counter and we'll set it up.
Do Wallet top-ups earn Loyalty Points?+
No — topping up on its own doesn't earn points. Loyalty Points come from what you spend: 1 point for every ฿5 of food and drink.
