Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the BamBite website at bambite.co and any related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use this site for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way.
2. Reservations & Orders
Reservations and orders made through the site or our messaging channels are subject to availability and confirmation. We may decline or cancel a reservation or order where necessary.
3. Payment & Refunds
Orders are paid at checkout or at the counter. Once we have begun preparing your food, an order cannot be cancelled and is not refundable; before then, you can cancel a pending order from your account. If we get your order wrong, or it does not reach you, we will remake it rather than refund it. Credit added to a BamBite Wallet is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash — it stays on your account to spend on future orders. Nothing in this section affects your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the BamBite name, logo, mascot, text, and images — is owned by BamBite or its licensors. You are welcome to share our pages and posts as they are published, unaltered, to tell people about BamBite. Any other use needs our prior written permission.
5. Accuracy of Information
We aim to keep menu items, pricing, locations, and hours accurate, but these may change without notice. We are not liable for any errors or omissions in the content.
6. Third-Party Links
The site may link to third-party websites and services (such as social media and messaging platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BamBite is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. The site is provided on an “as is” basis.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”). Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data, and on your rights as a data subject.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
